Listing a home for sale can be stressful for some. At Alex Irish & Associates, we strive to ensure that selling your home is a positive experience for you.
Our concierge works in tandem with our Agents to determine your needs so that your home will be picture perfect before the first Agent’s Open House or a showing to a potential buyer. If requested, we can bring in a stager to offer subtle décor changes. We also have a list of reputable handymen, contractors and painters, if required.
No two days of the week are identical for our concierge! For new listings she oversees booking the photo/video shoots which result in our detailed full colour feature brochures which are placed in your home. The lawn sign is ordered and installed. Extra front door keys are cut and lock boxes affixed. If you are unable to be home prior to a showing to ensure that all the lights are turned on, our concierge will gladly do that. She has also been known to spruce up an entry hall with fresh flowers and take dogs for walks during a showing!! If you are out of town, we will check on your home for you. In short, our concierge makes the selling process easier for all of our clients.
If you are working with Alex Irish & Associates on the purchase of a new home, our concierge will gladly provide you with the answers to any questions you may have regarding neighbourhood schools, community centres, places of worship, medical or dental offices, etc. We have also been known to offer excellent dining recommendations too!!
At the completion of any real estate transaction with Alex Irish & Associates, our concierge purchases and creatively prepares the personalized gift that your Agent selects for you.
