It is located on 56 acres of land amidst a residential neighbourhood at the south end of Sixth Line, running west to the banks of Sixteen Mile Creek. It is one of the few golf clubs anywhere that does not have tee times.

This post-secondary institution has been in the community since 1970. It is well regarded for its digital arts, animation, liberal studies and theatre arts programs.
