This is the second time that I have relied on Diana Galian and Alex Irish & Associates to handle my real estate needs in Oakville. Diana provided excellent service applying her deep knowledge of the area/market and extensive experience in navigating the process from start to conclusion; keeping me in the loop all the while. For instance, timing the optimum period to list the condo, advice and items to stage the property, negotiating and documenting the ultimate offer for what I felt was a very good price and closing date; in not an ‘ideal’ sellers’ market.  Which was immediately followed by her also assisting me in identifying possible rental condos. All of the above “technical’ support was obviously crucial, but what made it all come together was Diana’s professionalism, her energy, her kind demeanor and always positive approach to the “journey” as she once described the process. I unequivocally recommend Diana to other people interested in buying, selling or renting properties.

If I could give  a 10 star review for the level of professionalism from these ladies I would ! Exceptional effort and execution by Diana and Alex once again. From the first day of my home search  to signing the last acceptance paper, I felt like I was in great hands.
